Wallet, payments, and message costs

BNex uses a prepaid workspace wallet for chargeable messaging; balance checks happen before eligible sends, while actual message costs are recorded as delivery outcomes are reconciled.

How the workspace wallet works

Finance shows the workspace wallet balance, available recharge or payment actions, transaction history, and invoice details. The wallet belongs to the workspace, so its balance and financial history are shared workspace information rather than a personal account balance.

BNex checks available balance before chargeable messages are dispatched. If the workspace does not have enough available balance, add funds or adjust the planned send before continuing.

Review a top-up or transaction

  1. Open Finance. Use the workspace Finance area to review the current wallet and available payment actions.
  2. Choose the displayed recharge option. Follow the payment flow shown in BNex and complete the provider checkout. Do not treat an initiated payment as a credited wallet balance.
  3. Confirm the recorded result. After payment verification, check the wallet balance and transaction history for the credited transaction and its invoice information.
  4. Compare usage with delivery records. Use message and campaign reports alongside the ledger when checking a specific send. Meta delivery outcomes can update billing after dispatch.

Estimates are not final charges

Campaign cost estimates help you plan; they are informational and are not a reservation or guarantee of final spend. BNex repeats audience and balance checks at campaign creation and records charges as messages are delivered.

Meta delivery-status webhooks are authoritative for final billable message categories and rates. Reconciliation can make the final charge differ from the earlier estimate.

Frequently asked questions

Does a successful payment checkout mean the wallet is already funded?

The payment must be verified and recorded before the wallet is credited. Check the Finance balance and transaction history for the confirmed result.

Why can the final charge differ from the campaign estimate?

The campaign estimate is informational. Actual charges are recorded as messages are delivered and Meta’s delivery-status reconciliation determines billable outcomes.
