Use the BNex dashboard
The BNex dashboard is the workspace overview for checking operational readiness, messaging and campaign activity, wallet status, and alerts before opening a work area.

What the dashboard is for
Use the dashboard as a starting point, not as a substitute for the detailed report in each product area. It gathers workspace health signals so an owner or operator can see what may need attention and jump to the right place.
Depending on the workspace state, dashboard information can include recent messaging and campaign activity, wallet status, alerts, and setup readiness.
A quick daily review
- Check setup and connection notices. Resolve a disconnected WhatsApp number or a pending workspace action before planning customer messages.
- Review wallet status. Confirm that the workspace has enough available balance for the work you plan to do. Estimates are not guarantees of final Meta charges.
- Review recent campaigns. Open the campaign report for recipient-level operational context and the current delivery counts.
- Open alerts and follow their destination. Treat an alert as a pointer to the product area that owns the issue. For Meta-side rejections or permissions, follow the stated reason rather than repeatedly submitting.
How to interpret status
- Waiting for Meta approval or a scheduled time does not mean a campaign has started sending.
- Wallet balance and message-cost information are workspace-scoped; only users with the required role or permission should make financial changes.
- Dashboard summaries are snapshots. Open the relevant inbox, campaign, or Finance view for the detailed record.
Frequently asked questions
Does the dashboard show full campaign reports?
No. Use the dashboard for an overview and open the campaign report for detailed campaign outcomes.
Does a campaign in a waiting state send immediately?
No. A campaign can be waiting for workspace-owner approval, Meta template approval, or its scheduled time. A waiting campaign has not necessarily been dispatched.
