What Copilot can help with
The Copilot’s answer depends on the current workspace context and available AI configuration. In the inbox, summaries and suggested replies are user-requested assistance; the user remains responsible for deciding what to send.
- Ask how to complete a BNex task or where to find a workspace setting.
- Request a summary of a conversation to understand its recent context.
- Ask for a reply or template draft, then edit it to match your business and the customer.
- Use onboarding and profile guidance to understand what information is missing from the workspace.
Review a suggestion before using it
- Ask a focused question. Include only the context needed for the task and avoid sharing unnecessary sensitive information.
- Check the draft against the conversation. Verify names, dates, promises, pricing, and policy statements against the actual customer record and approved business information.
- Edit for your voice and compliance. A generated reply is a draft, not a verified statement or permission to message. Check the correct template and service-window rule.
- Choose whether to apply or send it. Take the action yourself in BNex. Copilot suggestions do not send customer messages on their own.
Frequently asked questions
Does BNex Copilot send messages to customers?
No. BNex Copilot produces guidance, summaries, and drafts for a user to review. Customer-facing automated replies are a separate, opt-in automation capability.
Can Copilot draft be sent outside the 24-hour window?
The draft does not change WhatsApp’s rules. Outside the customer service window, an approved template is required to start or resume a business-initiated conversation.
